Sleeve fitTitleist GTS4 Driver compatible shafts
The GTS4 Driver uses the Titleist SureFit Hosel adapter (Titleist connector system), SureFit (910 through GTS, 2011 to present) (0.335" tip).
Check your shaft
Type the model your shaft is currently in (or was pulled from) to see whether it fits the GTS4 Driver.
Drops straight in
Both use the , " tip. No reshaft, no builder. Re-check your loft position after the swap.
Fits, after an adapter swap
Not a drop-in. This shaft carries a ; the GTS4 Driver needs a . The shaft itself works: a club builder swaps the adapter for a small shop fee.
The shaft's " tip differs from this head's " tip, so the builder may need to re-tip it; it may not be a clean swap.
Does not fit
Fits, after an adapter install
That shaft has no adapter, it is glued into a fixed hosel. A club builder can cut it and install a adapter to make it fit this head.
Fit unknown
We have not verified that model's hosel hardware yet, so we cannot say whether its shaft carries an adapter or is glued in. Treat this combination as unknown rather than assuming a fit.
Not in our catalog
That model is not in our catalog yet. Report it so we can add it, rather than guess.
Sleeve interchange
Researched cases where a sleeve from another generation of this same brand does or does not fit this head.
| Sleeve family | Verdict | Notes | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titleist SureFit Fairway Hosel | Does not fit | GTS4's factory SureFit driver sleeve is presumed a different part than the Fairway SureFit sleeve used by GT280/GTS300, consistent with the rest of the GT/TSR/TSi/TS family; ShaftConnect's driver adapter page predates the GTS line's 2026 launch and does not name it. | Inferred from aftermarket sleeve part coverage, cross-checked across suppliers. |
Shafts that drop in from another head
A shaft pulled from any of these heads carries a sleeve the GTS4 Driver accepts, so it drops straight in, no reshaft.

Any 0.335 inch tip shaft can be built for this hosel by a club builder; the sleeve, not the shaft model, is what decides whether a used pull drops in.
Shafts from other brands
Sleeve adapters are brand specific. A shaft pulled from a different brand's head carries that brand's sleeve, not this one, so it needs the sleeve swapped by a club builder before it fits this head.
