Shaft and Club is a registered trade name (DBA) of Ingenmente LLC, a California limited liability company. These terms govern your use of shaftandclub.com. By using the site, you accept them.
What the site provides
Shaft and Club publishes structured golf equipment data: club and shaft specifications, adapter settings, shaft compatibility, and used-club value estimates. Our data pages render from a source-cited dataset; every specification, price, and compatibility record notes where it came from.
Accuracy, and its limits
We maintain accuracy in the open. Every data page carries a report link, and every report is checked against a verifiable source before a change ships. Even so, manufacturers revise specifications, listings expire, and errors happen. The site and its data are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Valuations and prices
Value figures are estimates derived from observed market listings and sales. They are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees of resale value. Prices shown were observed at the stated time; the retailer's price at checkout is the only price that counts.
Compatibility data
Adapter and shaft compatibility records are researched and cited, and confirmed non-fits are recorded as carefully as fits. Equipment still varies by year, region, and build. Before you buy or modify equipment based on compatibility data, confirm the fit with the manufacturer or a qualified club fitter. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenmente LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its data, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the site (the site is free, so that amount is zero). Where the law does not allow a limitation above, our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Using the site and its data
The site is offered for personal, non-commercial use. The dataset, its structure, and its curation are the work of Ingenmente LLC.
