The TSi4 Driver uses the Titleist SureFit Hosel adapter (Titleist connector system), SureFit (910 through GTS, 2011 to present).
Values apply to right-handed heads. Left-handed mappings differ for some systems; consult the manufacturer's left-handed chart.

Confirmed via Golf Storage Guide's TSi4 adjustment guide, which states the driver "supports two types of adjustments, namely, the SureFit hosel adjustment and the weight adjustment" and prints the 16-position chart. ShaftConnect's driver adapter listing corroborates, naming TSi4 alongside TSi1-TSi3.
