The TS4 Driver uses the Titleist SureFit Hosel adapter (Titleist connector system), SureFit (910 through GTS, 2011 to present).
Values apply to right-handed heads. Left-handed mappings differ for some systems; consult the manufacturer's left-handed chart.

Confirmed via Golf Storage Guide's TS4 adjustment guide, which prints the 16-position A1-D4 SureFit chart ("The Titleist TS4 driver has 16 setting combinations that adjust the loft and lie settings"). ShaftConnect's driver adapter listing corroborates, naming TS4 alongside TS1-TS3.
