Backed by two vendors naming GT1 fairway specifically: ValueGolf's listing title ("Titleist Fairway Wood Golf Shaft Adapter Sleeve GT1 GT2 GT3 TSR TSI TS") and Diamond Tour Golf's fitment list ("GT1/GT2/GT3/GT3 Tour Fairway Woods").
