Confirmed via The Golf Club Trader's 'Callaway Adapter Sleeve for Quantum Fairway & Mini Driver' page, which states verbatim: 'Fits all Quantum fairway wood models and Quantum mini driver' at .335 tip, matching this adapter's own generation_label ('Quantum fairway wood, hybrid, and Quantum Mini Driver, 2026 to present'). Official Callaway marketing also names 'OptiFit 4' directly for the Quantum fairway/hybrid family. Reuse of the existing row, not a new registration.
