The Mavrik Max Driver uses the Callaway OptiFit 2 adapter (Callaway connector system), OptiFit 2 (Rogue to Quantum, 2017 to present).

Confirmed via Callaway's own Mavrik Driver Fitting Protocol PDF (callawaymedia.com, manufacturer, first-party, doc 19-0247), which explicitly names "Mavrik MAX" in its Step 3 head-selection section ("Maximum forgiveness with Draw capabilities") and instructs "Adjust the OptiFit hosel COG (-1,+1,+2)" and "(neutral or draw)" for the whole Mavrik family, matching this adapter's already-cited mechanism for the standard Mavrik driver (already classified).
