The Qi4D Max Lite Fairway uses the TaylorMade Loft Sleeve (4 degree) adapter (TaylorMade connector system), M3/M4 (2018) to present (4 degree 12 position).
Values apply to right-handed heads. Left-handed mappings differ for some systems; consult the manufacturer's left-handed chart.

Golf Sidekick's Qi4D Fairway Review (https://www.golfsidekick.com/fairwaywoods/taylormade-qi4d-fairway-review/) states verbatim: "A significant update for 2026, all loft options in the Qi4D family now feature the full 4-degree adjustable hosel (+/-2 degrees), including the higher-lofted woods which previously had fixed hosels." This extends the loft sleeve to higher-lofted trims that were previously fixed; TaylorMade fairway woods have had an adjustable hosel on at least some trims since 2020. Applies uniformly to Max, Max Lite, and Tour, unlike the Qi10/Qi35 generations' trim-by-trim split.
