Confirmed via TaylorMade's own first-party Qi35 Max Fairway sell sheet (https://www.taylormadegolf.com/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-TMaG-Library/default/v1766730149649/docs/productspecs/2025/Qi35-Max-Fairway.pdf), which states verbatim: "4 deg LOFT SLEEVE has been added to core lofts giving the golfer the ability to dial in distance, flight and preferred face angle," listing the launch descriptor as "High-Launch / Mid Spin / Adjustable." Manufacturer-direct, per-trim confirmation. Unlike the Qi10 generation, where only the Tour trim carried a loft sleeve, every Qi35 fairway trim is adjustable.
